On Saturday, March 14, the Veterans Council of Indian River County invites the public to attend the 4th Annual Prom Fundraiser in conjunction with Walking Tree Brewery.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. They can be purchased online, at Walking Tree Brewery, or at the Veterans Council headquarters.
Ticket proceeds directly benefit the Veterans Council of Indian River County. Donations will be used for direct financial assistance for veterans, rides to medical appointments, connections to local resources and employment, and ceremonies and memorials honoring our community.
The annual event is themed. This year we’re going time-traveling. Power up your DeLorean and recharge your flux capacitor, we’re heading Back to the Future! Join us for happy hour pricing on all beer and wine, access to food truck, photo booth, DJ, prizes and more! Meet us on the dance floor as Swingsation’s 14th Avenue Dance Studio is back with dance lessons and entertainment.
Visit the Walking Tree Brewery Facebook page for a chance to vote for the prom court this year. This year’s prom court includes Hollie Billero Buldo, Elysia Brennan, Richard Giessert, Laura Moss, Jason Patzer, Trish Pierce, Brandon Putzke, Jim Romanek, Robert Ryan, Martin Zickert and Tracy Zudans.
Each dollar donated counts as one vote. Visit www.bit.ly/BTTFPROM2020 to cast your vote.
With more than 130 people in attendance at last year’s Prom, the Veterans Council looks forward to another successful fundraising event with Walking Tree Brewery.
“Each year, this event gets better and better,” said Leydiana Collins. “Prom is about supporting your community and having a blast! On behalf of the veterans and the families we serve, we thank Walking Tree Brewery for hosting us each year and our supporters who make fundraising so fun!”
