Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast hosts Healing Hearts through Exchange Feb. 8

The Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast is hosting their second annual Healing Hearts through Exchange Dinner and Dance to fund local children’s charities with an emphasis on the prevention of child abuse. The event is being held at the Indian River Club, 800 Carolina Circle SW, Vero Beach, on Feb. 8, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

A number of years ago, the National Exchange Club adopted Child Abuse Prevention as a national project. The Treasure Coast Club sponsors fund raising events every year to support local charities. The money raised stays in Indian River County.

It will be an exciting evening filled with Valentine’s treats – roses for ladies, wine, chocolate and music. The gourmet dine around includes hors d’oevres, entrees and dessert. A great DJ will be providing music for dancing. For your enjoyment the outdoor fire pit will be burning during the evening. The first 100 event tickets sold will receive a free voucher from our presenting sponsor Riverside Theatre to see Lost in Yonkers, section B, Feb. 4 – 23. Buy your tickets soon and choose when to attend the play.

Tickets for the event are $125 per person. There will be a cash bar for your enjoyment. For additional information or to purchase tickets contact Kathy Kragh (772) 584-1087 or Sam LaFevers (772) 205-0302 or visit tcexchangeclub.org.

Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast meets the first and third Thursdays at noon at CJ Cannon’s, 3414 Cherokee Dr, Vero Beach, FL 32960. For more information please visit TCExchangeclub.org. Members donate time and money to organizations that help support the National Exchange Project for Child Abuse Prevention and three programs of service: Americanism, Community Service and Youth Programs.
