2020 Vero Beach Air Show will feature U.S. Navy Blue Angels

A non-profit event scheduled every two years and drawing tens of thousands from all over the world, The Vero Beach Air Show is the Treasure Coast’s biggest and its most anticipated outdoor charity event. Aviation fans can expect to be wowed by performances of the world famous U.S. Navy Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Team at the 2020 Air Vero Beach Show. The event is scheduled April 25 and 26, 2020, at the Vero Beach Regional Airport. The Presenting Sponsor for the 2020 Air Show is Vero Piper Aircraft, Inc.

The 2020 show, head-lined by the afore-mentioned Blue Angels, will also feature performances by civilian aviators. The 2020 line-up of these flight professionals currently includes The Class of 45, The Aeroshell AerobaticTeam, Jim Peitz Aerosports, The Twin Tigers Air Show, Kirby Chambliss, Lucas Oil Air Shows, and The McCart Homewrecker Jet Truck. Other long-standing Vero Beach favorites will be announced in the future.

When spectators need a break from the roaring excitement above, they will be delighted by ground-level static aircraft displays that will feature vintage and current military aircraft and helicopters. World War II B-17 Bomber Aircraft The Movie Memphis Belle, a popular attraction at the 2018 Vero Beach Air Show, returns to Vero Beach to be a special guest “star” that fans can visit during the 2020 show.

The proceeds from the Vero Beach Air Show stay in Indian River County. The funds are donated in part to The Veterans Council of Indian River County to assist U.S. Military Veterans who reside here. Another portion of the proceeds are donated to The Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast, the Exchange Club of Indian River, and the Exchange Club of Vero Beach to support local Child Abuse Prevention Programs.
