Preferred Private Care is hosting a job fair Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vero Beach Heritage Center, 2140 14th Ave.
The agency is seeking CNAs and HHAs to provide one on one care to clients.
This can include but is not limited to personal care, bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, transportation and companionship.
We cover, in Indian River County, Sebastian, Fellsmere, Gifford, Vero Beach; St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Lakewood Park, N and S Hutchinson Island, Port St Lucie, St. Lucie West; and Martin County, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City and Hobe Sound.
Bring the following documentation/credentials with you:
- Nursing License (CNA) or HHA Certification along with the course syllabus (Min 75 hrs)
- Drivers License or Florida ID Card
- Social Security Card and if applicable, resident card
- Automobile Insurance
- CPR Cert: Red Cross/AHA approved (ON-LINE COURSE ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
- Physical within the last six months stating free from communicable diseases
- CEUS-HIV, Domestic Violence, HIPPA, Alzheimers and Assisting with Self Admin of Medication
- Professional Liability Insurance
