Terry Lee Allison, 71, Sebastian

Terry Lee Allison, 71, Sebastian, the son of Dale K. Allison and Bette Allison, a retired insurance agent and car dealership service manager died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at the Vero Beach Hospice House.
Terry was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, but grew up in Chester, W. Va. He moved to Sebastian from Indianapolis, Ind., in 1992.

Terry will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include two daughters, Aimee Allison and Carol Beth Allison Hiday (husband, Robert); a brother, Shawn-Paul Allison, of Akron, Ohio; and Molly Allison Calleri (husband, Sal G. Calleri) of Vero Beach.

No calling hours are scheduled.

Seawinds Funeral & Crematory are in charge of the arrangements.

Erasto Vences Garcia, 49, Fellsmere

Erasto Vences Garcia, 49, of Fellsmere, passed away on Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, at the University of Miami Hospital in Miami. He was born July 26, 1970.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, at Noon at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Fellsmere.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to Noon. A visitation will be held at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S. Fleming St., Sebastian, on Friday, Nov. 8, from 4-8 p.m.

 

Frank Rakiec, 87, Vero Beach

Frank Rakiec, 87, of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, at Cleveland Clinic of Indian River County. Frank was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late John and Michlena Rakiec.

Frank worked as a milkman for many years.  He enjoyed spending time at the Arcade where he had many friends. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Frank is reunited with his loving wife, Gilda Rakiec who passed away on March 10, 2019.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Leslie Rakiec; and his stepson, Dante Renzi (Judith); as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 2-4 p.m. at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, 1950 20th St., Vero Beach. A service of remembrance will follow at 4 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
