Spacious Ashley Lakes North home is perfect for entertaining

The home situated at 4774 Ashley Lakes Circle in the Ashley Lakes North subdivision is a dream come true for those who live to bake, cook and entertain. Building to the owner’s specifications, D.R. Horton outfitted this Redbud model with two long kitchen islands perfect for hosting soirees and making hand-crafted pastries and pastas.

The large kitchen is one of many upgrades throughout the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services listing, represented by Realtor Cheryl Burge. It not only has tile floors and granite countertops, but also a custom marble back splash. A breakfast nook is perfect for casual dining within the kitchen while one of the islands provides a place for guests to congregate while meals are being prepped.

“This is definitely an entertaining home,” Burge said – not just because of the luxe kitchen, but also because of the three bedroom suites that provide privacy for house guests and owner alike.

The two guest bedrooms are well-appointed with ceiling fans and extra space. And each has its own bathroom just two steps outside the bedroom door.

While the master suite sits off the back corner of the great room, one guest room is just off the foyer and the other is in the opposite corner. Each feels like a separate oasis, fully separated from the others.

“He loves living here,” Burge said of the current homeowner. The neighborhood and the house will be missed. But it was time to relocate, she said.

The front porch is beautifully screened and serves as an attractive focal point coming up to the leaded glass front door.

“It’s so pretty,” Burge said of the door, which provides natural light and privacy all at once.

Through the foyer is the great room, with a high, volume ceiling and fan, as well as the kitchen. The laundry room is tucked between the breakfast nook and door that leads out to the 3-car garage.

The garage has a professionally sealed floor and automatic lights. The garage door is hurricane grade, and the entire house is built to hurricane code, equipped with accordion hurricane shutters that are a breeze to use.

The great room is spacious enough to serve as both the living room and a formal dining area, along with additional seating space next to the lanai.

“It’s like another living room,” Burge said of the lanai, which provides ample covered seating and has another ceiling fan. Through the lanai is a paver brick patio for either additional entertaining space or a grill. The lanai’s screen pockets open to allow full access to the large, fenced backyard. Lush landscaping attracts a wide variety of birds and butterflies, providing an outdoor sanctuary.

The master suite, near the lanai, is spacious enough to easily handle the necessary bedroom furniture and still have space enough for a seating or desk area.

A short walk past the his and hers walk-in closets leads to the en suite. The bathroom is another oasis within this property. It’s beautifully appointed with a glass enclosed shower, a large tile-wrapped soaker tub, and two separated vanities cloaked in granite and dark wood. The room is flanked by a water closet and a linen closet.

“It is like brand new,” Burge said of the Ashley Lakes Circle house.

Ashley Lakes North, located off 45th Street and 66th Avenue, is five minutes from shopping and dining, near Interstate 95, and just a short drive to the beach.

“The location is superb,” Burge said.

The neighborhood itself is a mix of residents ranging from young families to retirees. The HOA fee is $65 a month and covers the maintenance of the common areas as well as the community’s gate.
