Sylvia Antoinetti Scott, 91, Vero Beach
Sylvia Antoinetti Scott, 91, died Sept. 9, 2018, in Vero Beach. She was born in Newark, N.J., and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., then Vero Beach.
She retired from the restaurant business 30 years ago and continued as a full time mother and grandmother.
She is a member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen (husband, Gerardo) Fulchini; son, James (wife, Laura) Scott; grandchildren, James Scott, Angelica Fulchini, Garrick Scott, and Theresa Scott; her sister, Olga Tortoriello; and brother, Dominick Tozzo.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Scott; sisters, Marie Tozzo, Nancy Carrera, Filomena Whitehead; and her parents, Angelina and Vincent Tozzo.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in her honor.
A Mass service will take place at St. Helen Catholic Church on Thursday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m.
