SEBASTIAN — A Brevard County pair is being on a $1 million bond each after an undercover hotel sting netted more than 100 grams in heroin, meth, cocaine and marijuana, authorities said.
Corderro Dante East, 29, of Melbourne, and Alisha Neil, 25, of Rockledge, were charged with a variety of drug offenses, including trafficking in a controlled substance, possession or sale of heroin, trafficking heroin, trafficking cocaine, trafficking meth and more.
The pair each have bonds set for more than $1 million, arrest reports show.
Police responded about 2 a.m. Wednesday to a Best Western Hotel after an undercover purchase was made with East, also known as “C.” Officers went to room 114 at the hotel, located at 1655 U.S. 1.
Police entered the room and found the pair sleeping in the same bed. Officers also found a variety of items in the room and in East’s car, including 23.9 grams of heroin, 58.9 grams of meth, 33.6 grams of powdered and crack cocaine, a bag of marijuana weighing 4 grams, $4,618 total in U.S. currency and a vape pen.
Neil told officers that all the drugs found on the desk belonged to her, an arrest report states. Police asked her what her occupation was and she replied “this,” referring to “drug dealing,” officers said.
East and Neil were arrested and taken to the county jail for booking. Both have arraignments at 8:30 a.m. April 4 in court, court records show.
