Gallery 14 presents artwork by Staub, Lindberg

During the month of March, Gallery 14 will present “Stimulation Granted: Abstract Mixed Media and Acrylics by Carol Staub” and “Out of the Fire: Earth, Iron, and Ethereal Forms – Sculpture by Mia Lindberg.”

Both Ms. Staub and Ms. Lindberg are represented by Gallery 14 year round, but, for the month of March they will be given an expanded showing of their work. The show will run through March 30.

Mia, who has been working in her field for over 40 years, is a studio owner, an award winning master potter and metal smith, and a popular teaching artist. She will be presenting an exhibit of new work.

Popular award winning mixed media artist Carol Staub will be introducing a new array of resin encased abstracts. Many of Carol’s works are included in private collections and can be viewed in museums and galleries throughout the United States and internationally. In 2014, she received an Award of Excellence at the Shenzhen Watercolor Biennial – China. Her painting was purchased by the museum for its permanent collection.

Also featured will be works shown in oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, collage, sculpture, ceramic, jewelry, and photography, by artist-owners: Edgardo Abello, Lila Blakeslee, Barbara du Pont, Beth-Anne Fairchild, Mary Ann Hall, Barbara Landry, Deborah Morrell Polackwich, and Dorothy Napp Schindel, in addition to Gallery 14’s represented artists: Walford Campbell, Joan Earnhart, Diana Feuer, Terry Green, Viola Pace Knudsen, Francis Mesaros, and Michael Robinson.

Gallery 14, located at 1911 14th Ave. in the Downtown Historic Arts District of Vero Beach, is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and by appointment.
