INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — All lanes on Old Dixie Highway are open after being blocked from a multi-vehicle crash, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded to the crash involving four vehicles shortly before noon Monday at Old Dixie Highway and 2nd Lane, west of U.S. 1, in Indian River County. The crash blocked the southbound lanes on the highway for a couple hours.
All lanes reopened by 2:30 p.m. and a rear-end collision caused the multi-vehicle crash, FHP spokesman Mark Wysocky said.
No major injuries were reported and troopers are investigating the crash.
