Deputies pulled over a vehicle the two were in for illegal tint Wednesday in the 1900 block of 21st Street Southwest, Vero Beach. They found Sullivan had 55.5 grams of heroin laced with fentanyl hidden in her vaginal cavity, deputies said.

She told deputies Marshall, who also was in the vehicle, asked her to drive him to West Palm Beach, and she agreed. Sullivan said Marshall placed the bag of heroin in the center console between the two of them.

When the initial deputy activated his lights, Marshall told Sullivan to hide the drugs. She then placed the bag in her vaginal cavity, deputies said.

Marshall admitted to deputies the vehicle was his and that him and Sullivan drove to Palm Beach County to get the heroin. Both were taken to the county jail for booking.
