Jerome “Jerry” D. Peterman, 78, of Sebastian passed away Oct. 22, 2016.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Linda Peterman; his four children, Richard, Marci, Jeffrey and Jennifer; and his five grandchildren, Stephanie, Taylor, Madelyn, Dale and Charles.
Peterman was a bright light and he will be eternally celebrated.
He was born May 13, 1938 in Newark, N.J., to Joseph and Sadie Peterman. He was known for the famous Bunny Hop “down the shore.” He flew commercial airlines for 30 years, a captain with USAir his last 20.
Upon retirement, he and his wife Linda fed the community of Sebastian at the renowned JPMatty’s Restaurant. Steak sandwich anyone?
