David A. Barbour, 64, of Vero Beach, passed away at Indian River Medical Center on Oct. 17, 2016.
He is survived by his fiancé Donna Pensack; her three daughters, Veronica Hallett, Carissa Pensack, and Erica Pensack; sisters Laurie (Timothy) Youmans and Dennice Barbour; nephews William Christopher Youmans and Jeff; niece Emlie (Jason) Levecque; great-niece Kali Ann Levecque; and great-nephew Kobe Levecque.
Barbour was born in Elizabeth, N.J., on May 4, 1952, to Arthur and Alberta Barbour. He attended college at Arizona State University.
He retired in 2007 to enjoy more time with family. In addition to spending time with family, Barbour had a love for golf. He also enjoyed peaceful times at the beach with his fiancé, Donna.
A celebration of life was held at Donna and David’s home on Oct. 20, 2016.
