Carol Ann “Doty” Moscrop, 72, of Vero Beach passed away Oct. 16, 2016.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Diane) Doty and Stacy (Crosby) Neavitt; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was born in Culver City, Calif., and moved to Vero Beach two years ago but has resided on the Treasure Coast for the past 40 years.
She loved being outdoors and loved her animals. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
