Gary Walters, of Vero Beach passed away Sept. 29, 2016.
A gathering will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Oct. 15, 2016. Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 15, 2016 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home and Crematory, 1655 27th Street, Vero Beach.
