Kimberly Grace Rumberger, 32, of Vero Beach passed away at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. on Sept. 22, 2016.
She is survived by her parents, Sharen and Gerard; her sisters, Jennifer Rumberger of Chicago, Lindsay Rumberger Rivera of Knoxville, Nancy Pinzino of Tallahassee, Sarah Schrager of Orlando, and her brother, Joseph Rumberger of Atlanta; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and a nephew. She was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in passing by her grandparents, Dean and Willie Faye Davis of Gainesville, Fla., Regina Rumberger of Fort Myers, Fla., and Wilson Rumberger of Lake City, Fla.
Rumberger was born in Vero Beach on June 15, 1984, to Gerard Rumberger and Sharen (Davis) Rumberger. She was the fourth of six children and the third of five sisters. She graduated from St. Helen’s School and was in the inaugural class of the Vero Beach Charter High School in Vero Beach. She had a passion for nurturing young children, and at the time of her passing was in the final semester for her A.S. degree in Early Childhood Development, Education and Management at Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Fla.
She loved camping and the outdoors. She was a beautiful artist and an exceptionally kind and generous soul who uplifted all those who were fortunate to know her.
