VERO BEACH — A Sexual Offender has moved into Vero Beach.
Charles Owens, 52, now lives at 1146 22nd Ct., Vero Beach, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community of this new Sexual Offender.
