Kathleen Welms, 53, of Vero Beach, passed away on June 24, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter Samantha Welms; grandchildren Cassidy and Anthony; son Nicholas Welms; and siblings Robert, Richard, Thomas, James, and Eileen.
She was predeceased by her sister Diane.
Welms was born in Queens, N.Y., on April 23, 1963, to Robert Herzog and Eleanor Farrell. She graduated from Vero Beach High School.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12 p.m., June 27, 2016 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Crestlawn Cemetery at a later date.
