Frances Landrum, 81, of Vero Beach, passed away with family by her side on June 12, 2016.
She is survived by her three children Susan Wilkey (Ron), Don Landrum, Jr. (Virginia) and Kelli Freeman (Ross), eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Landrum was a retired nurse and lifelong caregiver who lived her life with the goal of helping others. During the last six years, she was a daily volunteer at the Shining Light Garden helping do God’s work to feed the hungry and those less fortunate.
She was born in Philadelphia, Miss., on Nov. 25, 1934, and was predeceased by her husband of 46 years Don.
The family is most grateful to the staff of Indian River Medical Center and VNA Hospice for their wonderful care and compassion in her final days.
