Sue Gwinn, 78, of Vero Beach, passed away on May 23, 2016, at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
She is survived by two sons, Steve Florio of Fort Lauderdale and Mark Florio of Lexington, S.C.; brother, Scott Guthrie of Dexter, Mich.; and four grandchildren.
Gwinn was born in Ann Arbor, Mich., on April 20, 1938. She moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1979, but had lived in Vero Beach for the past 10 years.
She retired from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her favorite life passions were sharing memories with family, “ya-ya” friends and expressing herself through her artwork.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Driftwood Inn, Vero Beach.
