Jacqueline Campbell Rumple, 92, of Vero Beach, passed away on May 17, 2016, at Florida Baptist Retirement Center in Vero Beach.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, John Rumple; niece Sylvia Addison Noble; nephews Michael Addison and Ronald Addison all of Fort Pierce. Also surviving are children and grandchildren of John Rumple and grandchildren of George Campbell.
She was predeceased by her husband George Campbell on Feb. 28, 1993.
Born Dec. 26, 1923, in Pine Bluffs, Wyo., Rumple grew up in Fort Pierce and White City. She began her 40-year career with Eli Witt Division of Havatampa Wholesale Co. in 1938 in Fort Pierce. She later was promoted to buyer in the West Palm Beach Division and eventually returned to Fort Pierce as Manager.
An accomplished golfer, Rumple enjoyed playing in and planning tournaments at Vista Plantation and at her summer home in Maggie Valley, N.C., where she made the hole-in-one-club.
