‘Who Let the Dads Out’ supports fathers of toddlers

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A new non-profit organization aimed at supporting dads in Indian River County launched in Sebastian three months ago.

Who Let the Dads Out (WLTDO) offers an opportunity for Indian River County fathers to share quality time with their toddler children in a safe, comfortable environment. Dads get to spend time with other dads and share their unique experiences as husbands and fathers.

The organization provides age-appropriate toys, games, books and crafts for fathers and toddlers.

Who Let the Dads Out is guided by other fathers with decades of experience raising their own families and dedicated to helping a new generation of dads navigate the joys and challenges of fatherhood.

In addition, the program gives moms two hours “off” to relax, shop, meet friends or be alone with older children without the everyday demands of younger siblings.

The organization is located at Friendship Christian Community, 611 Shumann Drive. For more information, call (772) 589-4458 or (772) 664-7503.
