Raymond Walters, 94, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 6, 2016.
He is survived by his children Tommy-Ray Walters (Marcy), Kevin Walters (Alesya), and Shawnn Ward (Paul); nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; ex-wife Elynore Tedeschi.
Born the son of John S. Walter and Birdie Lieberman Walter on Dec. 15, 1921 in Belfast, Penn. He served the country in World War II as Special Equipment Operator 932 photographer of the 8th division of the Army Air Force. His decorations include an American Theater Ribbon, Victory Medal and European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon.
Walters retired from Northampton, Penn., School District as a custodian.
