Ralph M. Byerly Jr., 85, Vero Beach

Ralph M. Byerly Jr., 85, of Vero Beach and Manheim, Penn., formerly of Belle Vernon, Penn., passed away in Heart of Lancaster Hospital in Lititz, Penn., on Monday April 4, 2016.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Leah (Christopher) Geary of Shrewsburry, Penn.; sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn Walinski (Leonard) of Fort Pierce; a sister-in-law, Kitty Campbell; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Verona and Jim Lambert of Lititz; granddaughter and husband Jennifer Stackpoole (Michael) of Etters, Penn.; and great-grandson, Trey Stockpoole.

Byerly had resided in Belle Vernon until moving to Vero Beach in 1984 and later moving to Manheim in 2006. He worked for Harbor Federal in Vero Beach prior to his retirement.

He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Marines.
