Billie Joe Sands, 78, of Sebastian, passed away on April 3, 2016, at his residence in Russell, Kent.
He is survived by his wife Janice and two children, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He and Janice lived in the Park Place community for many years making so many new friends there and all around the USA in their many travels.
