FELLSMERE — A Sexual Offender has moved into Fellsmere.
Victor Vargas, 25, now lives at 9401 129th Ct., Fellsmere, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community of this Sexual Predator moving locations.
