FELLSMERE — A man accused of stealing a truck out of Fellsmere was arrested Tuesday and the vehicle recovered after authorities responded to a tip called in to police.
Vincent Foggy, 44, of 1065 Lincoln Street, Fellsmere, faces a single felony charge for grand theft auto.
The 2003 Red Dodge Ram was reported stolen on Monday. Police made contact with Foggy at Vatland Honda in the 700 block of US 1 in Vero Beach on Tuesday morning.
Authorities found Foggy in possession of keys that matched the stolen vehicle and arrested him on the spot.
He is being held in the Indian River County Jail without bond.
