Robert Victor ‘Bobby’ Lafferty, 65, of Sebastian, passed away on March 11, 2016.
He is survived by his wife Betty; two sisters, Joan Richards of Beech Creek, Penn., and Gayle Lafferty of Vero Beach; brother William Lafferty (Henrietta) of Belleair Shore, Fla.; and numerous much loved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eleanor Lafferty.
Lafferty was a loving husband, brother and uncle, and he’s now gone home to be with his Lord.
Born in Port Author, Texas, he made his home in Sebastian. Lafferty served his country in the United States Navy from 1970-1974 and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Sebastian.

He is being buried in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonia, Texas. A memorial service is to be held Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 6 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 123 Thunderbird Drive, Sebastian.
