VERO BEACH — Two new Sexual Offenders have moved into Vero Beach.
The first offender is Randy Lawrence, 60, who lives in a tent in the woods near 695 S. US 1 Vero Beach, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. As well as Philip Cooley, 70, who lives at 8125 US 1.
The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community of these new Sexual Offenders.
