Suzanne M. Geyer, 93, of Vero Beach, passed away on March 5, 2016.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 14, 2016 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church, Vero Beach, with The Reverend Michael W. Goldberg, officiating.
She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Geyer (Toby) Robinson; son Gregory M. (Peggy) Geyer; two granddaughters, Carolyn Suzanne (Scott) McCandlish and Kathryn B. Timmons; and three great-grandchildren, Maia, Corinne and Liame McCandlish.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, and son, David L. Geyer, Jr.
Born Dec. 26, 1922 to Herbert and Caroline Marache in New York City, N.Y., Geyer was raised in Hartsdale, N.Y. and later Scarsdale, N.Y.
She was a graduate of The Masters School in 1941, Pine Manor College in 1943 and Goucher College in 1945.
She married David L. Geyer in 1947, raising their family in Scarsdale and later moving to Vero Beach in 1991.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 14, 2016 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church, Vero Beach, with The Rev. Michael W. Goldberg, officiating. A church reception will immediately follow.
Inurnment will be held at Episcopal Church of St. James the Less, Scarsdale, N.Y., at a later date.
