John C. Nickle, 70, of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully on Feb. 8, 2016.
He is survived by his wife Rose M. Nickle (Wenzler); daughter Marie Gruber (Mark); grandchildren Alexander, Anna and Aaron; brothers Edwin (Marge) and Michael; and several nieces and nephews.
Nickle was born in Rising Sun, Md. And was a lifelong resident of Fairless Hills, Penn.
He was a Vietnam veteran in the U.S. Army. He retired from USS Fairless Works in Pennsylvania.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 21, 11 a.m. at the Point West Country Club in Vero Beach.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust or the Wounded Warriors Project in memory of John C. Nickle.
