Charles Leroy Jacobs II, 47, and passed away Feb. 24, 2016, at his home in Vero Beach. He was born in Wabasso, Florida, on August 31, 1968.
Survivors include his brother Lorenzo L. Jacobs; and nephews Lorenzo L. Jacobs and Austen Charles Jacobs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Audrey D. Stinson-Jacobs and Charles L. Jacobs Sr.
