FELLSMERE — A Fellsmere man accused of exposing himself to a family was arrested Tuesday at his apartment complex.
D’Jhemestray Belizaire, 25, of 63 Sonrise Square, Fellsmere now faces an exposure of sexual organs charge and a disorderly conduct charge.
Authorities were called to the Sonrise Square Apartments just after 3 p.m. on Tuesday when a family notified them that a man stood facing their living room window, exposed himself, and urinated on the ground directly in front of the apartment.
Two adults and two young children in the residence witnessed the incident, according to the arrest report.
Police noted several school children were walking home from the bus stop at the time of the offense.
One of the victims told police this was the sixth time Belizaire has committed a similar act in front of their window.
Belizaire lives in the same apartment complex.
He is being held in the Indian River County Jail in lieu of $500 bond.
