FELLSMERE — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community that a Sexual Offender has moved.
Kenneth Stokes, 33, now lives at 736 19th Pl. Apt. 9, Vero Beach, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
