INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A Sexual Offender has moved into Indian River County.
Harold Dawson Smith, 56, now lives at 65 5th Ct., Vero Beach, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community of this Sexual Offender that has changed his location.
