Mellisa Wilkin, 41, formerly of Vero Beach, passed away on Jan. 27, 2016, at her home in Jacksonville.
She is survived by her children Stephen Salinas and Brandon Vernon. She is the daughter of Ethel Baker of Vero Beach and sister of Angie Solis Polly of Athens, Ga. She is the aunt of two nieces and two nephews of Athens, Ga., and has many aunts, uncles and cousins from Vero Beach to Orlando.
Visitation will be on Feb. 2, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach. Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday Feb. 3, 2016 at Strunk Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
