JoAnne Peck Hopkins, 87, of Vero Beach, passed away on Jan. 23, 2016.
She is survived by her children Henry Purnhagen, Eric Purnhagen, Minoca Sippel and Lisa Record; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law.
