FELLSMERE — A Sexual Offender has moved into Fellsmere.
Vincent Foggy, 43, now lives at 1065 Lincoln St., Fellsmere, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
The alert was sent out from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.).
