INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A boater was found dead north of Garcia’s Boat Ramp south of Fellsmere Tuesday morning.
The ramp is north of State Road 60 on County Road 512.
The cause of the boater’s death is being investigated by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. It is being investigated as a boating accident.
Authorities began arriving on scene around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.
