VERO BEACH — Smoke in the facility has forced an evacuation of residents at The Brennity at Vero Beach.
The assisted living facility is located at 7955 16th Manor, Vero Beach.
Indian River County Fire Rescue is now investigating the source of the smoke, according to dispatch.
Most fire units are being released. A safety company is responding to check the heating and cooling units.
