INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — At least four child pornography files were discovered on a computer belonging to a West Vero Beach man, according to authorities.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested 25-year-old Damon Oscar Bailey, of the 1400 block of 90th Ave., on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
He faces four counts of possession of child pornography. Bailey was booked into the Indian River County Jail without bond.
This case will be prosecuted by the Office of the State Attorney, 19th Judicial Circuit.
FDLE did not release information pertaining to how Bailey came to be under investigation.
