Barbara Coryell Devor, 91, of Vero Beach and Mullett Lake, Mich., passed away peacefully on Jan. 4, 2016.
She is survived by her sister Elizabeth Feldmann of Harbor Springs, Mich.; her three children, John (Sally) Devor of Lafayette, Calif., Cory (Jan) Devor of Denver, Colo.; daughter Christine (Alan) Ryall of Vero Beach; and nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Coryell Jr.
Born in Bay City, Mich., in 1924, Barbara Coryell Devor was the oldest daughter of Charles A. and Helen Cornwell Coryell. She graduated from Walnut Hill School for the Arts and attended Smith College.
Devor lived in Vero Beach for more than 55 years where she was a member of the John’s Island Club. She spent her summers at Mullett Lake, Mich., a place she loved dearly.

No services are planned at this time.
