John B. Bowdle, 86, of Vero Beach, passed away quietly in his sleep on Dec. 31, 2015.
He is survived by his three daughters, Linda, Susan and Jackie; his son Richard; his six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was a kind and generous man who will be missed, and remembered lovingly by his family and many friends.
Bowdle was an avid fisherman, gardener and spent his entire life working in the automotive industry where he was much appreciated by his peers. He and his wife Virginia were married for 62 years, before she passed in 2010.
