INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community that a Sexual Predator has moved.
Kenneth Palmer, 47, now lives at 5555 20th St., Vero Beach, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
