Edith S. Carlton, 95, of Vero Beach, passed away on Dec. 24, 2015, at home with family.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Pat) Carlton, Don Carlton, Lee Carlton and Ann Carlton (Bob) Sinnott; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Michael of 69 years in 2011.
Born in Dudley, Ga., she relocated to Orlando where she was raised and then relocated to Vero Beach in 1953. Carlton was a Charter member and active in First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach.
A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Ft. Pierce. Memorial Contributions are suggested to First Presbyterian Church or VNA Hospice Foundation. Online condolences may be made at www.cosgiffordseawinds.com.
