Barbara Ann Motley, 86, of Vero Beach, passed away on Dec. 8, 2015.
She is survived by her daughter Brenda Motley and son Ray (Rebecca) Motley, Jr.; two grandchildren, Andrea (Ryan) Czirr and Ray (Amber) Motley, III; and one great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Rae Motley.
She was preceded in death by her parents Walla and Allen Mason, and her husband Ray Motley, Sr.
Motley was a resident of Vero Beach where she retired from county government after which she and her husband of 52 years moved to Robbinsville, N.C.
A Memorial Service is to be held at a later date.
