INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.) has alerted the community concerning two offenders that have moved.
Ted Rodgers, 46, now lives at 2439 2nd Ave. SE Vero Beach, and Sammy Gardner, 61, now lives at 4605 33rd Ave. Apt. B according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
