Albert Richard Kaidor Sr., 80, Sebastian

Albert “Al” Richard Kaidor Sr., 80, of Sebastian, passed away on Dec. 5, 2015.

He is survived by his three children Albert Kaidor, Jr. (Michelle) of St Augustine, David Kaidor of LaBelle, and Susan Kaidor-Salyers (Shawn Salyers) of Orlando; his loving grandchildren, Joseph Kaidor (Julie), Nicole Kaidor Drozd (Eddie Drozd), Joy Kaidor, Michael Salyers, and Parker Salyers; six great-grandchildren, Jobe Kaidor, Jacob Kaidor, Kane Kaidor, Micah Drozd, Gabe Drozd and Nora Drozd; and his sister Nona (Kaidor) Simpson.

Kaidor was born on Nov. 28, 1935 in Philadelphia, Penn., to the late Albert and Josephine.

He was a full blooded Lithuanian who truly trusted and loved the Lord. He repented of sin as a life-style. He completely trusted Jesus Christ as his personal living Savior and Resurrected Lord and King of his life. John 3:16 was one of his favorite scripture passages. He once said “confirmation of his own salvation was what he hoped to achieve from learning how to share his faith with others because God’s heart beats within us” he has been noted asking others “how may I help you in your journey of faith in Christ?”

Kaidor dearly loved each and every one of his family. He also loved to have them all together at one time. He was a lover of most people especially those who needed help along their pathway of life.

He loved living by the water (river, creek, bay or ocean) boating and fishing was second nature to him. He shared his love of the water and fishing with his family by taking them on many adventurous boating trips while teaching them the fine art of fishing. He loved being outdoors, taking long walks on the beach and enjoying God’s glorious creation.

He was a model witness for Christ and mirror image of Christs’ life and of life itself. He had a wonderful life and a life more abundantly as seen in John 10:10. He once said “I have love and a wonderful family. The most important thing I have is real communication with the Lord and he loves me as I love Him. So as you can imagine I have it all, however I do have insight into heaven which I can relay to you if you wish?”

Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
