Robert Edward Schloesser, 89, of Sebastian, passed away on Nov. 15, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jeannette E. Schloesser of Sebastian; daughters Diane and Kerry Schloesser; granddaughter Jackie; stepchildren Elana and George Schoen and step-grandson, Tom Schoen.
Schloesser was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corp. having served during WWII and was an Iwo Jima survivor.
Contributions to St. Sebastian CC, 13075 U.S. Highway 1, Sebastian, FL 32958 or VNA Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960 in his memory. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Dec. 10, 2015 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
Interment will be in Long Island, N.Y. at a later date.
