Richard “Dick” Dean Bair, 81, of Vero Beach, passed away on Nov. 22, 2015.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Bair; sons Steven D. Bair and Ronald L. Bair; brothers Gerald Bair and Robert Bair; and two grandchildren.
Bair was born in Miles Township, Penn., and was a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College.
He enjoyed his many years of work at West Pharmaceuticals.
He and his wife, Betty, are members at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer.
Bair enjoyed many outdoor activities. However, the most treasured memories were shared with his family while camping and “RV’ing”. The family will also hold close to the many summers that were spent in Pennsylvania at the fairgrounds.
There will be a memorial service held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 900 27th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960. There will be a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
